These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Moon Temple Academy website, course materials, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Allethea LLC ("Allethea", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Moon Temple Academy is a digital, self-paced astrology certification course. Upon successful payment you receive access to the course modules, accompanying materials, and a certificate of completion as described on our sales page. The Service is delivered electronically; no physical product is shipped.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase the Service. By purchasing, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method supplied.

3. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms, Allethea grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the course content for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not:

• copy, resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the course materials;
• provide your login or access to any third party;
• record, reproduce, or republish content publicly; or
• use the Service in any unlawful manner or to infringe the rights of others.

4. Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are charged at checkout through our third-party payment processor. You authorize us and our processor to charge the total amount shown, including any optional add-ons you select. Promotional pricing is available only while displayed and may change without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, text, graphics, logos, the "5-Layer Chart Reading Method," and the Moon Temple Academy name are the property of Allethea LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license above.

7. Educational Disclaimer

The Service is provided for educational and entertainment purposes. Astrology is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Any certificate or badge issued reflects completion of our course and is not an accreditation by any government or external licensing body unless expressly stated.

8. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any specific income, client outcomes, or professional results from completing the course. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allethea LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
